Evaluation

Over the next two weeks you have the chance to re-work existing pieces of controlled assessment for submission. This includes any of the following assignments:

Assignment 1: Advertising
Assignment 2: Film Poster and Trailer

You must also complete your evaluation for assignment 3 (music video) during this time. The evaluation must be between 700 -800 words and answer the following questions:

1. How have the aims of the production been met? Refer back to your treatment and the brief from AQA*
2. How does the final product apply the codes and conventions of the music genre?
3. How does the final product use appropriate media language (sound/mise-en-scene/camerawork etc) to communicate genre and narrative?
4. How does the product represent people and/or places?
5. When/where would the product be exhibited?
6. What regulations and controls might be applied to the final product? How did you take this into consideration when making the product?
7. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the product in terms of meeting the needs of your target audience?

This is due in on the 24th March 2017.
